Kobayashi has a strong history of Michelin-starred restaurants such as La Reserve de Beaulieu, Jacque Cagna, Laurent and La Bastide Saint-Antoine.

In Moscow, he developed his career at the «Nedalniy Vostok»restaurant, where he worked for 8 years. Headed the pastry department at the «Madame Wong».

And in 2016, he opened his own successful cafeCorner with original Japanese cuisine in his author's reading.
